Around the traps in October
October was filled with interstate travel and had several issues competing with music. After attending a wonderful wedding in Canberra for a fantastic couple (go Chris and Helen!) I also managed to spend some time playing music with friends Dianne and Michael, at the Canberra Jammalong. This was immensely fun and it really made me miss playing music with them. This month is very quiet with respect to performances, however I did check out the Doveton Community Centre's Open Mic Night just for fun and found a small but devoted band musical devotees complete with cowgirl in costume (good work Jeanette)!
